The activities of individual interest groups within Biggar u3a are self funded and self managed by drawing on the skills and experience of the membership.
If you have an interest or a skill or knowledge to impart on any subject and would be willing to share it with like-minded others and become a Facilitator of a group - please contact us. We can help you to make contact with other u3a members and give you advice on how to proceed.

Online Across Scotland organises a number of online groups and monthly talks which are open to members of any Scottish u3a. These online groups and talks started during the pandemic to bring together people whose u3as closed for the duration, but have become a valuable resource to those who cannot access the topics in their own u3a, for those for whom there is no local u3a and for those who are unable to attend in person groups due to disability or caring duties.
