Summer Garden Visit Group

For the summer of 2026 we are offering members the opportunity to visit local gardens from the 'Scottish Gardens Open for Charity 2026' book.

The gardens chosen are only open by appointment, which means that dates can be arranged to suit, subject to availability. Travel will be by your own transport; lifts have been offered by other members where possible.

Costs are payable to the garden and are either a set fee of £5 or by donation, as specified by the garden owners. Members may come along to as many or as few visits as they want.

This is a stunning 6 acre garden outside Moffat. The garden is accessed by some steps, then paths with gentle slopes.
