This is our first presentation for 2026/27 and it's definitely not to be missed.

Although we are a group of retired people, we are very interested in the well-being of children and young people in our community - they are, after all, the future.

Biggar Youth Project is a community-based organisation supporting young people in the local area through a wide range of activities, trips and opportunities to build confidence, skills and connections. Their work focuses on creating a safe, welcoming space where young people can take part in everything from creative sessions and sports to volunteering and community projects. Sharon Hope, the Operations Lead for the Project and some of the young people will share more about what they do, the impact on local young people and how the community can get involved in supporting and shaping future opportunities.
